Rev. Dr. Kenneth L. Pearman took heed to God's high calling in 1980. Former computer analyst, marketing and merchandising assistant, Counselor for teens and adults, and a Headstart Involvement of Males Coordinator; he utilized his acute analytical ability to dissect the most complex precepts and translated them into easily discernible applications. He received his Doctorate Degree in Religious Education in 1993 from Alpha Bible Institute.

Pastor Pearman, Like Abraham, he is a man of faith; Like Joseph, he is a man of great vision; and like David, he is a man after God's own heart, began to walk in his calling a "soul winner" with the understanding that people need to be fed spiritually as well as naturally. He built upon the concept of feeding people in the natural to bringing the vision to past to feed the people spiritually. He took that vision and strategically established a ministry with the Word of God as its foundation and love as its pillars; designing the ministry to be a "Full Help" ministry. He would go on and hold a Freewill Fellowship Breakfast and would invite neighborhoods; going from door to door inviting people to come to a Fellowship Breakfast. Because of the vision, the Fellowship Breakfast became an annual event for the next 11 years. Pastor Pearman was known throughout New Jersey, New York and Philadelphia as the BREAKFAST MAN. Thus, once opening ROFJCC, the vision was maximized and the Fellowship Breakfast turned into a Weekend Conference (RESURRECTION WEEKEND) bringing anywhere from 1500 to 5000 people together from all over this country into fellowship.

Being already called, chosen, appointed and anointed, in July 1991, Pastor Pearman continued to take the God ordained vision to the next level and began to Pastor a church in the Poconos; the Reaching Out For Jesus Christian Center was birthed. For the first 3 years, Pastor Pearman held services first in the Sheraton Hotel and later in the basement of the Best Western Hotel. The church was growing and demanded a permanent place of worship and in 1994, Pastor Pearman and his congregation moved in to 524 Main Street Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania.  On September 24, 2000, Pastor Pearman and his congregation moved to their temporary location; Route 209, South, Sciota, Pennsylvania.   January 5, 2003 Pastor Pearman and the Reaching Out For Jesus Christian Center moved into their permanent location at Route 209, Brodheadsville, Pennsylvania. 

Pastor Pearman has effectively, with God's help, brought the church from 1 member to over 750 active members.

Because of Dr. Pearman's obedience and the effectiveness of the vision that God had given him, God enabled Dr. Pearman to hold workshops and travel all around the country teaching "God Is Obligated", "The God Ordained Vision", "Living in the Imagination of God", "The Prophetic Prayer and the Prophetic Praise and so many others.

Because of Dr. Pearman's passion for soul, he continues to take the vision that God has given him to greater heights and deeper depths.  Dr. Pearman has taken his "Soul Winning Breakfast" around the country and has done a spin-off of the "Soul Winning Breakfast" to "A Man After God's Own Heart Conference" strictly for Pastors, Bishops and Apostles; a place for God's man to be revived, restored, refreshed and to receive a fresh new anointing.  Thus far, all has been a success through Jesus, Our Lord and Savior.
